My first unemployment payment still has not arrived

I was laid off as a dental hygienist and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. Any experience at all would help. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Mine took about 8 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.
