My first unemployment payment still has not arrived

I filed my claim 24 weeks ago after being let go as an electrician's helper. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date.

Mine took about 24 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
