My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - 17 weeks in

I filed my claim 17 weeks ago after being let go as a recruiter. I am in Louisville, in case local advice matters. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
