My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - 17 weeks in

I applied for unemployment in Providence 17 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
