My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - 16 weeks in

I filed my claim 16 weeks ago after being let go as a payroll clerk. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

When I finally got through, the agent said my employer had responded late. Once that cleared, back pay came in one payment.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
