My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - 14 months and counting

I filed my claim 14 weeks ago after being let go as a project coordinator. Thank you in advance. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
