My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - 14 months and counting

I filed my claim 25 weeks ago after being let go as an administrative assistant. Any experience at all would help. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
