My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - 12 months and counting

I filed my claim 3 weeks ago after being let go as an HR coordinator. Thank you in advance. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
