My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - 12 months and counting

I applied for unemployment in Denver 11 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
