My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - 10 weeks in

I filed my claim 10 weeks ago after being let go as an accountant. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Is there a step I could have missed?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
