My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - 10 months and counting

I filed my claim 8 weeks ago after being let go as a project coordinator. I worked as a project coordinator before this. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
