My first unemployment payment still has not arrived

I filed my claim 24 weeks ago after being let go as a data-entry clerk. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
