Losing employer insurance, where should I look? (update)

I have 3 weeks left on my current insurance and I am comparing options. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I do not want a gap in coverage. Is there help filling out the forms?

Call your pharmacy too. Mine knew of a discount card that helped while coverage was being sorted out.
