Losing employer insurance, where should I look? (update)

I have 11 weeks left on my current insurance and I am comparing options. It has been a long 19 weeks. I think my income this year might qualify for a subsidy. How fast did coverage start?

Compare the monthly price with the deductible. A cheap plan with a huge deductible can cost more if you need care.
