Losing employer insurance, where should I look? (St. Louis)

I have 15 weeks left on my current insurance and I am comparing options. I do not want a gap in coverage. How fast did coverage start?

Compare the monthly price with the deductible. A cheap plan with a huge deductible can cost more if you need care.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
