Losing employer insurance, where should I look? (San Diego)

I have 15 weeks left on my current insurance and I am comparing options. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The COBRA notice arrived with a very high price. Is there help filling out the forms?

Compare the monthly price with the deductible. A cheap plan with a huge deductible can cost more if you need care.
