Losing employer insurance, where should I look?

I have 12 weeks left on my current insurance and I am comparing options. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I think my income this year might qualify for a subsidy. What did you choose and how was the process?

Compare the monthly price with the deductible. A cheap plan with a huge deductible can cost more if you need care.
