Losing employer insurance, where should I look? - any advice?

I have 12 weeks left on my current insurance and I am comparing options. I am in Toledo, in case local advice matters. The COBRA notice arrived with a very high price. Is there help filling out the forms?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
