Losing employer insurance, where should I look? after 8 years as an accounts payable clerk

My employer coverage ended at the end of the month and I am trying to work out what to do as an accounts payable clerk. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I think my income this year might qualify for a subsidy. How fast did coverage start?
