Losing employer insurance, where should I look? - 4 months and counting

I have 8 weeks left on my current insurance and I am comparing options. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I think my income this year might qualify for a subsidy. Is there help filling out the forms?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
