Losing employer insurance, where should I look? - 4 months and counting

I have 14 weeks left on my current insurance and I am comparing options. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I do not want a gap in coverage. What did you choose and how was the process?

Compare the monthly price with the deductible. A cheap plan with a huge deductible can cost more if you need care.
