Identity check for unemployment keeps failing - what worked for you?

My claim has been on hold for 2 weeks because the identity check will not accept my documents. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The in-person office has long lines. What finally worked for you?

Check the list of accepted documents on the official site. Mine included things I did not expect, like a passport card.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
