Identity check for unemployment keeps failing - what worked for you?

My claim has been on hold for 23 weeks because the identity check will not accept my documents. It has been a long 23 weeks. Nobody answers the phone. What finally worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Check the list of accepted documents on the official site. Mine included things I did not expect, like a passport card.
