Identity check for unemployment keeps failing - what worked for you?

My claim has been on hold for 4 weeks because the identity check will not accept my documents. Any experience at all would help. Nobody answers the phone. Can another ID be used?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Check the list of accepted documents on the official site. Mine included things I did not expect, like a passport card.
