Identity check for unemployment keeps failing (update)

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. Any experience at all would help. The in-person office has long lines. Do I need an appointment?

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
