Identity check for unemployment keeps failing (update)

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Nobody answers the phone. Do I need an appointment?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
