Identity check for unemployment keeps failing (update)

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Nobody answers the phone. Do I need an appointment?

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.
