Identity check for unemployment keeps failing (update)

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. It has been weighing on me all week. The in-person office has long lines.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
