Identity check for unemployment keeps failing (Toledo)

Umar Jansen · 2026-08-17T17:04:22.895Z

My claim has been on hold for 14 weeks because the identity check will not accept my documents. I am in Toledo, in case local advice matters. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed. What finally worked for you?
