Identity check for unemployment keeps failing (Toledo)

Kwame Baptista · 2026-06-02T00:52:22.767Z

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed. What finally worked for you?

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
