Identity check for unemployment keeps failing, insurance claims processor here

My claim has been on hold for 10 weeks because the identity check will not accept my documents. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Nobody answers the phone. Can another ID be used?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
