Identity check for unemployment keeps failing - first time posting

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. It has been weighing on me all week. Nobody answers the phone. What finally worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
