Identity check for unemployment keeps failing - first time posting

My claim has been on hold for 3 weeks because the identity check will not accept my documents. It has been a long 3 weeks. The in-person office has long lines. Can another ID be used?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
