Identity check for unemployment keeps failing - first time posting

My claim has been on hold for 7 weeks because the identity check will not accept my documents. Any experience at all would help. The in-person office has long lines. What finally worked for you?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
