Identity check for unemployment keeps failing - first time posting

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The in-person office has long lines. Do I need an appointment?

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
