Identity check for unemployment keeps failing - first time posting

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. It has been a long 26 weeks. Nobody answers the phone. Can another ID be used?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
