Identity check for unemployment keeps failing - first time posting

Gabriel Mercer · 2026-08-05T11:59:58.201Z

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. It has been a long 20 weeks. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed.

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
