Identity check for unemployment keeps failing (Denver)

Fatima Halvorsen · 2026-06-22T19:21:16.592Z

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. Any experience at all would help. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed. Can another ID be used?

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
