Identity check for unemployment keeps failing, customer-service rep here

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. I worked as a customer-service rep before this. Nobody answers the phone. Can another ID be used?

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.
