Identity check for unemployment keeps failing (Columbus)

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. I worked as a medical assistant before this. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed. What finally worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
