Identity check for unemployment keeps failing, bookkeeper here

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed.

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
