Identity check for unemployment keeps failing - any advice?

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The in-person office has long lines. Can another ID be used?

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.

Check the list of accepted documents on the official site. Mine included things I did not expect, like a passport card.
