Identity check for unemployment keeps failing - any advice?

Emeka Delacroix · 2026-05-03T20:56:08.490Z

My claim has been on hold for 18 weeks because the identity check will not accept my documents. Any experience at all would help. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed.

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
