I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Nobody answers the phone. What finally worked for you?

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
