Identity check for unemployment keeps failing after 9 years as a bank teller

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The in-person office has long lines. Can another ID be used?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
