Identity check for unemployment keeps failing after 6 years as a medical assistant

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Nobody answers the phone. What finally worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
