Identity check for unemployment keeps failing after 4 years as a hotel front-desk agent

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. I am in Jacksonville, in case local advice matters. The in-person office has long lines. What finally worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
