Identity check for unemployment keeps failing after 18 years as an office manager

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The in-person office has long lines. Can another ID be used?

Check the list of accepted documents on the official site. Mine included things I did not expect, like a passport card.
