Identity check for unemployment keeps failing after 18 years as an electrician's helper

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The in-person office has long lines. Can another ID be used?

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
