Identity check for unemployment keeps failing after 12 years as a medical assistant

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The in-person office has long lines.

Check the list of accepted documents on the official site. Mine included things I did not expect, like a passport card.
